Summary:
Bag of Holding v7

Adds a container that can be accessed from anywhere in the game, via an MCM menu. Supports specific item, item category and whole inventory deposit/withdrawal.

Requires MCM, which requires NVSE.

Notes:
**NEW IN v7**
Added the ability to assign a hotkey for opening the view/exchange contents GUI during gameplay. Note that settings for this mod (including the hotkey selection) are stored in your saved game files and not in the game's configuration files, so be sure to save your game after choosing the desired hotkey so that the game will remember your selection later.

I had been using the Novac motel room as my base of operations for a while, but eventually gained access to the Lucky 38 suite. I delayed moving in, however, because I was dreading having to make multiple trips back and forth to lug the 8000+ pounds of loot that I'd carefully squirreled away by then (it was bad enough moving from Easy Pete's house to Novac back when I only had a third as much weight in junk!).

Necessity being the mother of invention, I created the "Bag of Holding" - a container that can be accessed at will. Manipulated via a Mod Configuration Menu (MCM required - http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=42507), it provides the following primary features:
- View contents and deposit/withdraw individual items via the standard container interaction menu.
- Bulk deposit/withdraw all items belonging to any combination of the following item types: money (caps, faction currency and casino chips), armor, skill books, misc items, weapons, ammo, non-book aid items, and weapon mods.
- Protection of hotkeyed and/or equipped items from bulk deposit operations.

***QUIRKS WARNING***
This mod has quirks resulting from limitations of the game engine and/or editor:
- Activating menu mode while viewing the Pip-Boy is not recommended, as it may block the view contents option from working. Use of the bulk deposit/withdrawal options in this state may also result in Pip-Boy display/interaction bugs until the Pip-Boy is put away and then reactivated.
- Because NVSE's functions for getting hotkeyed and equipped items return those items' base IDs instead of their specific reference IDs, the options to protect hotkeyed and/or equipped items will also protect other items with the same base ID(s). For example, if you are protecting a hotkeyed 10mm submachine gun, any other 10mm submachine guns in your inventory will also be protected.

Compatibility:
This mod should work with all other mods, as Bag of Holding doesn't modify anything (other than adding a container to a special cell in the game that is used to hold such things).

Installation:
First, install NVSE and MCM and make sure they are working properly with the game. Then just install HZBagOfHolding.esp into the game's Data folder and activate it via whatever method you are using for other mods.

Load order shouldn't matter, except that MCM may need to be loaded first.

Changelog:
Version 7:
- Added the ability to assign (and clear) a hotkey for opening the view/exchange contents GUI during gameplay.

Version 6:
- Added bulk deposit/withdrawal of weapon mods.
- Added an optional (enabled by default) warning message box that appears when items are still detected in the container after a bulk withdrawal of all known item types is performed.

Version 5:
- Fixed bug/oversight that was causing caps to get deposited/withdrawn when Misc type was selected for bulk operations.
- Added option to play item looting sound when performing bulk deposit/withdrawal operations.
- Added option to prevent clearing the type selections after performing bulk deposit/withdrawal operations.
- Added in-game installation/upgrade notifications.

Version 4:
- Added options (enabled by default) to prevent bulk depositing of hotkeyed and/or equipped items. Thanks to Despoena and rickerhk on The Nexus Forums for the idea and pointers on how to implement it!
- Heavily modified the menu interface to allow bulk deposit/withdrawal of a custom combination of item types simultaneously. This also allows the hotkeyed/equipped item protection feature to work when performing a "deposit all" action.
- Added option (enabled by default) to suppress "XXX added/removed" notices that would otherwise appear in the upper-left corner of the screen, although these were already suppressed by default before.
- Added deposit/withdrawal of casino chips and faction money to the deposit/withdraw caps option (now called "money").

Version 3:
- Set "Quest Item" flag on container's base object. This will keep it in memory in hopes that contents will never be lost.
- Set "Ignored by Sandbox" on container instance. This should have no effect, especially since "No AI Acquire" was already set.

Version 2:
- View/exchange feature now opens the regular container interaction menu instead of the barter menu

Version 1:
- Initial release
