Modifies the Big MT transponder and the sink to improve there functionality as player housing

Sink housing improvements

added a Sierra Madre vending machine to the sink (near the soda vending machines)
Also modified the Big MT Transponder significantly, the transponder will now work with (and bring) companions, also works inside buildings.

When triggered the transponder will load a menu allowing you to choose to head to the sink or to the Mohave drive-in, as is the somewhat typical function of the device.

If you activate the transponder in Goodsprings, the lucky 38 casino floor or the abandoned BoS Bunker it will save those locations and allow you to teleport to them at will.
The locations were chosen for either being important locations or just because they covered the North, west, east and south bearings of the Mohave.

There are some risks, aside from a line for spotting the Dead Money bomb collar, I do believe its possible to use the transponder in Zion, I am not entirely certain I want to amend that, but if you use it to leave before completing the main quest I am not sure if you can return to Zion through normal means.
It is possible that it can mess with main quest in Lonesome road too (if you leave prematurely obviously) but I don't believe so given the "door" back to the divide does not contain a script (if I recall correctly)
Best advice until I add a catch in the script for the Honest Hearts main quest is just don't use it in Zion til you finish the main quest.

I could remove the dead money requirement, but I feel if you have OWB then you have DM.

[INSTALLATION]
unzip the .Esp file and place it in your fallout new vegas data folder

[ADDENDUM]
This mod will obviously conflict with any mods that alter the Big MT transponder or the Sink itself (at least in the area near the vending machines)
It will also have problems with mods that alter the areas you port too.

If you use another mod that alters the sink but want to use my transponder, load my mod first, and then using FNVEdit (google it) place everything in my mod but the sink cell entry into a merged patch. if that is to much, just use one or the other.

This is the first mod I am making public, feedback is of course welcome.
