More Details....

This mod adds a new quest that takes you through Vault 121 which is buried close to the Yangzte Memorial. The vault is overrun by Feral Vault Residents thanks to the radiation testing that the vault scientists have been putting the residents through. You will enter into a scene of carnage and have to fight your way through.

The scientists have also been working on some formulas for a genetic enhancement serum that you will ultimately get your hands ( adds new perks ). All of the residents have modified Vault 121 suits, as do the ghouls (new/modified textures). This game also adds the combat shotgun back into game along with a more powerful unique version of it. (w/ modified texture)

Another cool thing is that you will find Vault Soldiers wearing the "Vault 121 Mark I Combat Armor" (New texture for the Reinforced Combat Armor).

Disclaimer...

I haven't found any conflicts with other mods yet, but if there is a mod that alters the area around the Yangzte Memorial, the that will probably conflict.

I made this mod because I love modding, and I hope you all enjoy it.

Totally redid navmesh in the entire mod.
Seriously nerfed npcs and ghouls back to normal game levels
moved explorers so that they are easier to find and should spawn all the time now
removed water from cave and reactor 2

v0.4.2 Fixes navmesh in cells so that enemies should no longer be in walls, and companionsshould work correctly now.
Removes portal markers that caused sections of wall to be invisible

v0.4 Fixed quest marker that stuck on Samuel Vantassel,
Fixed floating notes, that can now be dropped like normal items
Fixed water in reactor core 2 area, so that it doesn't look like you are walking on it
Tweaked Ghouls more, so that at Lvl 30 their HP is closer to 400, much more reasonable..
Tweaked Ghouls perception so they don't ignore you now... stupid ghouls. Haha
Tweaked Super Soldiers so that they are no longer stupid weak

v0.31 Ghouls were still overpowered (almost 6000 hp at lvl 30 which was ridiculous) so I dropped the hp on them... (closer to 800 at lvl 30) much better now.

v0.3 Lowered the level of the ghouls from 1.5x player level to 1.1x player level, to make them less over-powered.

Updated BSA to include creature models that I forgot in the first BSA - Silly me.

HOWEVER!!
If you just want to complain, kindly keep that to yourself. People that do that make modders not want to release their hard work for complainers to get their unappreciative hands on it.
