Adds a new beard type \"Medium Beard\" for those that believe there should be something in between \"Rough Beard\" and \"Survivalist\"

Overview:
For those that believe there should be something in between "Rough Beard" and "Survivalist": This is simply a combination of the "Rough Beard" and "Goatee" styles - no new meshes or textures are required. There's only a subtle difference between this and the "Rough Beard" style.
Compatibility:
This mod adds a new "head part" beard style, so I don't think it should interfere with other mods. I added the male eyebrow part to this style, as well, to hopefully prevent "eyebrow loss."
Permission/Distribution:
It's a very, very simple mod that uses vanilla in-game resources - feel free to use and distribute it freely. Credit appreciated, but not required (pretty much anyone could make this change after all - I'm just sharing it since I think it's a nice addition).
