    Huge update!

    Only a month later, I have found some time and motivation to keep working on this 10+ year passion project of mine. Hope everyone enjoys, and please let me know if you encounter any bugs!

    V2.5 Changelog:

    Recreated the NCR Radio Outpost by the Cliffside Prospector Camp. Looks much better and the camp is larger. During testing, NCR was able to hold the camp about 60% of the time.
    New Legion assault near Wolfhorn Ranch. Small NCR outpost that has been completely redone from the ground up with a unique note and some loot. Stuck between Nipton and the Legion Raid Camp (and now Legion-occupied Wolfhorn Ranch), they don't stand much of a chance against the incoming Legion ambush.
    Generally improved most of the interactions in the south...

  • How to Become a Legion Slaver or a Manhunter

    How to Become a Legion Slaver or a Manhunter:
    Caesar's Legion:

    Go to the "Offices of Slavery" in Cottonwood Cove. The Offices of Slavery is located in one of the cabins on the left of the cottonwood (left if you're looking towards the beach).
    Speak to Scribonius Libo Drusus. Get through his dialogue. Ask what it takes to be a slaver. Afterwards, you will have the option to purchase collars from him.
    A Radiant/Repeatable quest, "Opera Magna", can be taken granted by Scribonius. However, you must have above 25% total fame with the Legion.
    Manhunters:

    Head to Camp McCarran's main building (the one with the escalators). Standing in the center of the first floor, look for the nearest doors that lead to the runway. Once you exit through those doo...

    Common Queries and User Statements:
    "Can you add an option for the slave to follow me around after I collar them?"

    Probably not. 
    While it wouldn't be illogical, if the enslaved character were to follow on the basis of being your own personal slave or new companion - it wouldn't make any sense for them to guard/protect you or attack your enemies for you. Especially if you're attacking people who they'd regard as friends. (example: enslaving an NCR trooper and using them to fight other troopers).
    This would require a lot of additional work. The characters wouldn't be voice acted, and most if not all commands would be derived from a new menu, not a dialogue window. Why? Because I don't implement dialogue that isn't voice acted, I can't, if I write dialogue it ...

    New armors

    Want to add new super mutant equipment? To make your armors equippable to super mutant race, model meshes have to be placed in

    data\meshes\creatures\smspinebreaker\
    or
    data\meshes\creatures\smspinebreakerplayer\

    Open your armor in GECK and set Biped Objects (biped slots) as necessary for your armor, lastly select BodyAddOn3 biped slot for your armor.



    Note that Super mutant equipment cannot be used by human NPCs (or companions).

    The Fallout: New Vegas Resound Project

    This project was in the works since late 2018, and it all started with me editing Fallout 3's weapon sounds back in the day. The style has changed drastically since then, it took me quite a while to get everything to sound right and function nominally; especially since Fallout 3/New Vegas have a particular and superb style and sound system that doesn't really work with conventional sound methods... I soon decided that a New Vegas version would be more popular and most likely would be enjoyed by a far larger audience rather than Fallout 3. I decided to completely redo almost all the sounds in New Vegas starting with the stuff I already made for Fallout 3, I soon made huge progress, making tweaks and troubleshooting problems that persisted....
