A simple but awesome companion who I made thanks to oGrayFox's tutorials. He has custom weapons (hoping for some custom models eventually) and simple armor right now, but I will add some more dialogue.

I hated how I had tons of ammo I'd never use but couldn't break down.
So I fixed that.
Now I can break down EVERY ammo type!
Didn't change the amount of materials you get back, though...

This is a mod that relies on TGs Armor Collection. (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35740/)
It adds 1 custom leveled lists (for vendors) to a few vendor lists (188, GunRunners, Van Graff, low percentages to appear at other places.)
And it also adds 2 more leveled lists (1 for hats/gloves/helmets, 1 for chestpieces) to the Wasteland. There is
