Adds a Custom Model, Custom Texture, shotgun to the wastes, with a unique style, and a sling for effect. It has a homemade look to it, and actually looks like it belong in the wasteland.

UPDATE: ADDED TO PERK LISTS! (only shotgun surgeon for now, but if any other perks fit this gun please make me aware, I'll gladly implement those as well...)

This mod also comes with a MINI quest, to implement the gun into the game, and keep balance. because the weapon is on par with a hunting shotgun, it can only be acquired if the player has access to the strip, in order to prevent the weapon from ruining the players experience. This quest can be started in Goodsprings, right outside doc Mitchel's door, behind the truck.
(please note, there is a quest, it has markers, it's not very long, and there isn't any voice acting, partially due to my lack of a good voice. I would like it if someone would like to help me by voice acting for me, but the mod doesn't need it.)
(another note: This is my very first quest i have ever even tried to make, and it took me much longer than expected to make, but i guarantee that there are bugs. Please report them)

The weapon it's self shouldn't have any glitches.
(I have notice a slight bit of tearing, but that could be due to the fact that i don't have anti-aliasing on.)
