Each tribal in Honest Hearts (Dead Horse, Sorrow, White Legs) has its own unused African-American race. What I did here is restore the African-American variants of each tribal race to the appropriately-named NPCs. The Sneering Imperialist perk has also been modified to correctly target these NPCs.

Each tribal in Honest Hearts has its own unused African-American race (vanilla HH uses a Caucasian race for each race). Many of the NPCs follow the AAM/AAMF/CM/CMF (African-American Male/African-American Female/Caucasian Male/Caucasian Female) naming conventions found on the vanilla game; there's even one NPC that follows the AM (Asian Male) naming convention, but this NPC is unused since there is no Asian variant of the Sorrows existing within the game. Was this something that Obsidian overlooked and didn't implement, or did they want each type of tribal to be the same skin color?
