adds an NPC that sells 10 custom masks in Primm. the masks have -1 perception (for obvious reasons) but are scripted to add a unique skill and other benefits while equipped. if you already have a skill, it will remain after unequipping. mix and match them with your favorite outfits and equip them on your companions for extra character!

copy *.esp & *.bsa to your .../fallout new vegas/DATA folder, activate *.esp in FalloutNVLauncher.exe
