The restyled Wasteland Merchant Hat now has Sarsaparilla Badges, no weight, is to be repaired with wasteland clothing and has increased barter ability (+10). I usually did it for myself `cause I wanted a hat with these badges so bad but I simply couldn`t prevent it from you...
You find it on the counter of the Vikki and Vance Bar.

who used my textures to equip Malcom Holmes with the headgear, whereas other vendors use the Vanilla original hat.
