-Description:
Basically, this adds back the old NCR Flag from Fallout 2. (In the ending, and in Shady Sands)
All what I did was replace the flags from a texture I found while I was searching for a 'worn' one.
-Installing
Copy the texture file to your 'Data' file inside your Fallout New Vegas directory.
-Known Issues/Bugs
First, I am not really good in textures or such so, I couldn't make it worn. However, I added some 'holes' like in the vanilla flag, which had 3 holes, this also has 3 holes.
