Adds cheap, black, plastic sunglasses to the game and makes how sunglasses work make more sense.

When you wake up in the morning and the light is hurt your head,
The first thing you do when you get up out of bed,
Is hit that streets a-runnin' and try to beat the masses,
And go get yourself some cheap sunglasses...

The sunglasses in New Vegas have bothered me from the beginning. Firstly, they only have an effect if you have the Four Eyes perk, like healthy eyes can't benefit from glare reduction. And, secondarily, they're all wire frames (along with one pair that looks frame-less!). In my IRL experience, wire frame sunglasses are unlikely to survive a family car vacation, let alone a nuclear holocaust.

Spied a little thing and I followed her all night,
In a funky fine Levis and her sweater's kind of tight,
She had a West Coast strut that was as sweet as molasses,
But what really knocked me out was her cheap sunglasses...

This mod adds a new pair of cheap sunglasses to the game, and changes the way the vanilla sunglasses work.
The new glasses are a retex of the vanilla item "Eyeglasses". I was originally trying for Ray Ban Wayfarers, but my GIMP skills leave a lot to be desired, and since they're already labeled "Sunco", I just decided to stick with that for now.
My new sunglasses effect removes the Four Eyes effect and instead grants +1 to Perception when you're outside in the daytime (0600 to 1800) and -1 to Perception outside at night, or indoors any time. In addition, I added a small Speech buff to the vanilla "Authority Glasses" since it seemed to me that they should help you convey some, uh, authority.

Now go out and get yourself some big black frames,
With the glass so dark they won't even know your name,
And the choice is up to you cause they come in two classes:
Rhinestone shades or cheap sunglasses...

Variant 1 (recommended): Intended for use with Working Sunglasses and (optionally) FNV Enhanced Shaders - ENB. The shaders add glare, the sunglasses dampen it. Use FOMM or NMM or just extract the archive into your <fnvdirectory>/Data folder. Make sure K3KCheapSunglasses.withWS.esp is checked in your load order, and that it loads after WorkingSunglasses.esp.<br><br>Variant B: Intended for use without Working Sunglasses (if loaded after WS it will break it, so don't). Use FOMM or NMM or just extract the archive into your <fnvdirectory>/Data folder. Make sure K3KCheapSunglasses.withoutWS.esp is checked in your load order.<br><br>Variant III: A simple retex of the vanilla item "Eyeglasses" that changes the look but not the name, stats, or perk. Use FOMM or NMM or just extract the archive into your <fnvdirectory>/Data folder. There is no ESP, just the texture.<br><br>And that's it.
