Plasmids from Bioshock, I have 2 working right now I hope to get all the others working by next week.
They are based on your SCIENCE skill.

Plasmids are located in a box that is conveniently found in the Docs office (I guess we found a smuggler) anywho all plasmids are infinitely powered and your "eve" is recharged every 3 or so seconds. Also anyone who thinks these are OP my game is ultra hardcore as in my character at level 20 only has 12 health so OP is not an issue in my game on basis that everything has a max of 20 health sooooo im not gonna make a "balanced version" besides the max damage is only 100 when your science skill is at 50
