Hey guys im newish to the modding community, this is my first mod hope it works well. :l Anyway In Dead Wind caverns you will find a dead NPC Named X near the deathclaw mother, if you can make it past the Deathclaws the armor and the weapon is yours. Their are about 4 different items in this mod a custom ranger combat armor,helmet,beret, and a unique Chinese Assault rifle. The armor is scripted with a camelbak script, basically if your playing hardcore mode it will replenish some hydration and a bit of health. The armor comes with some nice enchants that's why its in a semi- difficult place to get.
