If you have the JIP LN NVSE plugin installed, the loading screens in New Vegas will default to the Legal/Disclaimer screen.
To fix this, open the jip_nvse.ini file in your \Fallout New Vegas\Data\NVSE\ plugins folder, find the line:
And change it to:
< ! > < ! > < ! >

This mod completely replaces all the loading & menu screens with a different pieces of Fallout concept art.
MAY 2022 - NEW IN V5.0:
Fixed lag that would sometimes occur when loading a new cell. 8 new loading screens added, tweaked a few old ones.
NEW IN V4.0:
Swapped in 5 new loading screens, added better support for unique point lookout and operation anchorage loading screens (TTW only) and added 7 optional main menu backgrounds to swap to. (see below)
NEW IN V3.0.1:
Changed the mod's file structure to work with most mod organizers, and split it into different downloads for each main title option.
(no actual changes besides file structure)

However, I reccomend you just use Main and Pause Menus Overhaul.
- Main Menu background options -
(Download one of the main files, then download a background variant and load it beneath the main plugin in your mod manager)
Supports TTW (A Tale Of Two Wastelands) 3.3.2a
and all previous versions.
This won't conflict with anything unless it modifies /textures/interface/loading/ or /textures/interface/main/
~ Features ~

- All sized at 1080p (they look good in 1440p as well.)
- Compatible with both vanilla New Vegas and all versions of TTW.
