Removes the katana sheath model while retaining the sheath mod\'s stat effect.

This is a very simple mod that edits the GRA katana to never use the sheath model. The sheath weapon mod still has the same effect on the weapon, but the model will never show up attached to your hip.
Why?

Because I found the sheath to be annoying and glitchy, and I suspect that I am not alone on this.
Additional Notes
----------------
-This will have to be loaded after any other Katana-editing mods if you want it to work.
-A few other mods edit the katana records to correct a some mismatched sound files from vanilla GRA. This sheath remover incorporates those same fixes so, again, load it after everything else katana related. Examples would be WMX and Mission Mojave
