The constant 'clears throat' noises that come with the Project Nevada mod are really annoying, even more so when you're playing as a child character.
This "mod" simply replaces the 4 adult female voices with 2 that are those of a childs and 2 that are empty to reduce the frequency of coughs.
Just unpack it in your game folder and click yes when asked if you want to replace.
Feel free to use as modders resource etc. I take no credit for this.
