Changelogs
NVSE highly recommended, many features will not work without, check the README for detailed explanations.

If you're upgrading from a previous version, creating a clean save is mandatory.

To create a clean save
  • Remove *ALL* of your items and companions from vault, and make a save outside in Goodsprings.
  • Exit Fallout and disable 'iRodent - Vault 42.esp'
  • Launch Fallout, load your last save, click 'YES', then make a save without the mod loaded
  • Now you can install the new version with a clean save and no screwed up references

---------- Installation ----------
Copy 'iRodent - Vault 42.esp' and 'iRodent - Vault 42.bsa' into your FNV \data\ directory, then enable .esp in launcher.

Make sure the .bsa is named the same as the .esp file or there will be many red boxes.

---------- Information ----------
Small single room survival vault, inspired by A-Vault (Fallout 3) in design. Fully equipped with everything you'll need to live comfortably in the harsh Mojave Wasteland. Cooking, crafting (ammo, workbench, lab set), companion sandbox support, basic item sorter, 13 containers for storage, even a kitchen sink!

Absolutely no conflicts with FNV or DLCs.
The only 'override' is adding an entrance near Victors Shack (-18, -2) in Goodsprings.

This is very much a WIP player home, but I've gotten it to a polished point that I feel comfortable releasing it as beta. I will add an override addon for DLC items at a later date.

---------- TL;DR ----------
Door key is next to door.
Repair the generator (15 repair) to turn the lights on.
Use the terminal to purchase house upgrades.
