Patches for Arwen\'s Tweaks - Including Compatibility for all DLCs

Permissions and credits
*NEW* - ATP-AWOP (and WMX and full DLC-compatible versions)
M Armor and M weapons are somewhat better, but are not superextremelydrastically better. They are the best weapons you'll find in the game aside from some GRA uniques, and are now compatible with WMX for full upgrading... so, enjoy! Nerfing these also makes AWOP more playable with arwen's as you're not getting gatted by superweapons with Arwen's lower health values. Let me know if any further balancing is needed.

Changes for ATP-AWOP:

DO NOT USE WITH LOWLOOT SKILL BOOKS OR GENERAL LOOT - THESE ARE INCLUDED, THANKS TO DJMYSTRO.

Deleted starter box. Welcome to New Vegas.
Since I deleted the starter box, I nerfed Joe Cobb and his gang (and some goodspring people) back down to original low level. Also did this because with Arwen's they'd be extremely hard to kill right off the bat.
Halved value and carry weight of 4D storage devices, reduced carry weight further for high-end storage devices.
Changed the four food items to use arwen's values for med-tec (reduced fatigue, arwen's jolt effect, arwen's food effects, etc.) - left out modifiers for old world gourmet to keep file from needing DLCs. Removed health benefits.
Changed loot destruction explosion to knock down always - but you shouldn't be using loot destruction anyway.
Added arwen's luck and medical skill modifiers to chances to find loot, increased chance none for various ammo by about 15% (making luck a little more important), did not adjust lists with 100% chance to find.
Thanks to djmystro, incorporated official "low loot general" patch, which is somewhat outdated but generally does the job for most areas. Added back some medical items to make sure people can still get through the areas.
Thanks to djmystro, incorporated official "low loot skill books" patch, which is somewhat outdated but generally does the job for most areas.
AWOP makes use of a lot of vanilla lists that arwen's already adjusts. I'm hoping you'll find enough medical stuff. You'll probably find more than you need. Let me know if any areas are lacking.

ATP-AWOP Armor:
Added armor effects from arwens (poison/fire resist) as well as increased carry weight to reduce worn armor by half.
Reduced (generally) value of armor, health of armor, DT, increased weight some.

ATP-AWOP Weapons:
Increased strength/skill requirements back to normal/arwen's levels.
Reduced crit damage and normal damage (or raised slightly in some cases, according to arwen's changes on guns).
Returned sight FOV to normal/arwen's levels.
Returned rates of fire and etc. to normal levels.
Min. spread is now slighly lower and not extremely lower.
Increased clip sizes are left alone.
Values reduced greatly in accordance with arwen's levels.
Made compatible with brand new compatibility for WMX (which I've uploaded separately as the old compatibility was outdated).
Added weapons to Arwen's Med-tec lists for burn/trauma/etc. damage
For DLC compat, I Merged formlists other than Arwen's (WMX and AWOP, WMXDM, WMXMW, etc.)

MAIN DESCRIPTION of DLC compatibility:

These patches add all weapon effects, armor, weapon, and NPC balances, med-tec items and functionality, perk adjustments and fixes, and etc. to DLCs so that one can get the full experience of Arwen's Tweaks with all the DLCs.

Requires Arwen's Tweaks, including Med-Tec and Hard-Core:
http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=34759

Requires WMX and various WMX DLC patches:
http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=39651

Some files that increase compatibility with Project Nevada require Project Nevada Patches:
http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=42363

1. No topic was created by the site bot to comment on this, so comments were disabled at first. I was too busy to notice but thankfully myrmaad fixed it for me. Please feel free to leave any feedback.

2. Play Arwen's Tweaks with hardcore mode turned on in the main game! This has an effect on several scripts across various DLCs, and at one point you will have your strength nerfed to hell by the stealth suit's stimpaks if you don't have it turned on.

3. Project Nevada - Main and Cyberware are still compatible, as I've made a few extra compatibility patches. See the load order below for details on where to put everything.

4. WMX is REQUIRED because if you have any sense you are already using it. It will be very unlikely that I remove this WMX requirement. The WMX-Arwen's Tweaks patch is incorporated in every file here that makes use of WMX, with special thanks to Antistar for allowing this.

5. THIS IS IN BETA TESTING PHASE. It was created for you to enjoy, but it currently needs a few good testers, I have only tested it in a very limited fashion. You may find a dearth of antibiotics/water/food. One way to die less is to get the preorder DLC patch and use the redone vault 13 canteen which will help stave off dehydration. Yes, this is a cheap thing to do, and the preorder items suck, and you should just toss them right away. Anyway, if you are not finding enough antibiotics/food/water please let me know ASAP. The amount of food has been decreased slightly, and water and medicine have been increased, depending on your luck (food) and medicine skill (water and medicine). Use the sink bug fixes http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=42987 To make sure that the sink vendor respawns. Then please test the Sink, Commissary, Joshua, and Vending Machines to make sure that there are enough antibiotics/bandages/medical braces for sale and that they respawn correctly in the inventories. Also, please test the various perks and let me know where you think things are imbalanced.

These patches include compatibility (including med-tec and hard-core) for Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road, GRA, and Courier's Stash (the pre-order DLCs). All patches require WMX and some DLC-specific WMX versions. All patches ALREADY INCLUDE the WMX compatibility patch for Arwen's Tweaks, with much thanks to Antistar for permission to use it.

Arwen's Tweaks Hardcore - Project Nevada Patch - Merges gunslinger, commando, grim reaper's sprint, and math wrath changes so that bullet time is properly affected in PN and only has the effect if one's stats are at the right level as designated by Arwen's hardcore mod.

-CHANGELOG-

10/12/2012:

Replaced ArwenMedMult with ArwenMult
Modified alcohols for lower dehydration and different fatigue reduction
Modified butcher script to include DLC knives
Modified raw food and raw meats lists
Modified ghostpeoplemeat
Increased health regen of black blood sausage from 10 to 30

Initial Changes:
(estimated, not entirely comprehensive but close!)

-Consumable Effects-

-All sink/toilet/urinal/water fountains etc. are now useable with arwen's fillable bottles
-Food/drink now work properly with arwen's food/hydration values
-Food/drink no longer increase hp
-All dehydration effects replaced w/ Arwen's dehydration
-All alcohol effects converted to reduce fatigue (roughly Arwen's values) rather than increase strength
-Dead Money ghost people flesh added to Arwen's raw meat list
-Dead Money food that works with oldworldgourmet has increased hunger reduction rather than increased health benefit
-Dead Money alcohol that works with oldworldgourmet has increased fatigue reduction rather than increased health benefit
-Dead Money Sierra Madre Martini added to Arwen's good chem perks, health benefits halved
-Honest Hearts coffee has Arwen jolt effect, no longer dehydrates (common myth, it actually hydrates, now has arwen drink effect) or reduces hunger
-Honest Hearts Daturana has Arwen jolt effect, health gain is over time rather than instant, uses partial Arwen's doc bag script (heals non-fractured limbs), other effects the same
-Honest Hearts Healing Poultice health benefit roughly halved, uses partial Arwen's doc bag script (heals non-fractured limbs)
-Old World Blues salient green has removed health benefit, arwen's fruit value (it is used to create fruit after all)
-Old World Blues thin red paste and blood sausage added to Arwen's raw meat list, have health benefit removed
-Old World Blues thick red paste and black blood sausage are not raw (you cook them at the campfire) and have a health restoration benefit (from mutant cave fungus ingredient)
-Old World Blues pastes and sausages have radiation, but give health benefit and blood regen 1 (to make up for the other nerfs)
-Old World Blues battle brew modified as normal alcohol but keeps some health benefit, has whiskey rose modifier that should have been there to begin with
-Lonesome Road rushing water now has arwenpure 08 script (replaces thirst reduction), gives you an empty bottle (on top of normal benefits)
-Lonesome Road MRE has minor health restore and great hunger reduction
-Lonesome Road auto-inject stimpak and autosuperstimpak - as with the autostimpak from OWB's stealth suit, i've greatly reduced negatives associated with arwen's stimpaks in return for only somewhat reducing the health gained - erring on safe side. If I did not do this, these would kill you pretty quickly
-All open water other than irradiated adjusted for arwen's waterbacteria values

-Loot and Vendors-

-Dead Money - vending machines - antibiotics and bandage recipes added
-Dead money - first aid box - antibiotics, bandages, water added
-Honest Hearts and Lonesome Road first aid boxes contain some of vanilla lists edited by arwen's tweaks, as well as some new lists i've edited
-Honest Hearts - Added antibiotics, bandages, medical braces, and water to Joshua's crate
-Old World Blues - Added antibiotics, bandages, medical braces, and water to sink AI - would like to do this via added container at some point
-Old World Blues - Added a few med-tec items to a dead doctor (why not?)
-Lonesome Road Commissary - Added antibiotics, bandages, medical braces, and water to vendor - would like to do this via added container at some point
-Any chem or healing lists have antibiotics
-Most healing lists have antibiotics, dirty water, medical brace, and bandages, some also include blood packs and surgical tubing
-Water lists have less good water and more arwen dirty water
-Some death item lists (found on bodies) in old world blues have antibiotics and etc. added
-Sink Audodoc - - made compatible with arwen's medtec by setting ArwenWoundLevel ArwenBloodLost ArwenTraumaLevel ArwenBurnLevel ArwenInfectionLevel to 0 and showing a message (arweninjuredmessage) letting the player know
-Lonesome Road Autodoc - made compatible with arwen's medtec by setting ArwenWoundLevel ArwenBloodLost ArwenTraumaLevel ArwenBurnLevel ArwenInfectionLevel to 0 and showing a message (arweninjuredmessage) letting the player know
-Old World Blues sink - Added the following to be replaced by a purified water by the sink: WaterPurifiedHalf, waterunpurifiedhalf, ArwenEmptyPureWaterBottle, EmptyGoodWaterBottle, ArwenEmptyDirtyWaterBottle
-Water and medicine you find is increased slightly or left the same (depending on your medicine skill)
-Food, ammo, and loot is generally decreased by 20-25% (depending on your luck skill)
-The above two are not affected for anything with a 100% chance to find in vanilla DLC. For instance, if a crate was always supposed to give you a bunch of food/ammo no matter what I left it like that. This is an attempt to take a light approach toward these changes and keep the game playable.

-NPCs-

-Any combat styles for normal type characters are adjusted as arwen adjusts normal type styles
-A few special styles are adjusted slightly, but any special cases are left alone
-Armors for NPCs have condition increased by roughly 20%, similar to what Arwen's Tweaks does for vanilla.

-Weapons-

-Various burning effects have roughly appropriate arwen's burn effects added
-In some cases for weapons with special dummy effects (dummy effects show to the player as having a certain effect but the effect is simply assigned in the weapon's record, this only effects the player's knowledge of the effect), added the gunshot or whack effect in the object effect instead of on the actual weapon to retain the knowledge of the effect for the player
-All explosions which were "knock down by formular" (yes they call it formular) are instead knock down always
-Added ArwenBlast to these same explosions
-Fluff or otherwise scenario-related explosions unadjusted
-reduced all crit damage by 1/3 (not including values below 15 unless for shotguns)
-a few high damage weapons have damage reduced (typically ones that do well over 100)
*T-Most gun/melee weapons set to no dismbember/explode (NOTE: some cases in dead money may prevent some weapons from being effective against ghost people. will need more testing). Large hacking weapons set to dismember (and some smaller bladed weapons, maybe more than arwen would), very heavy rifles set to explode, some special cases set to normal formula behavior, laser weapons set to normal formula behavior.
-All weapons added to arwen's formid lists to do types of damage (burn, cut, etc.)
-A few appropriate knives added to arwen's survival knives list
-level 30, 40, and 50 items (sometimes 20) typically (not always) have damage reduced since player doesn't continually gain HP - in some cases this is over 300 damage difference (WTF)
-Added arwenwhack to blunt melee weapons, in some cases incorporating arwenwhack into the weapon's unique object effect rather than replacing the object effect
-Added arwengunshot to bullet weapons that are not fully-automatic
-reduced values of weapons by half, didn't touch (most) low value items or unplayable items
-Old Glory (Ulysses versions) - ulysses effect (knockdown) combined with arwen whack
-Christine's Cos rifle - combined razor effect (higher crit) and arwengunshot effects
-Other weapons with razor effects now have combined effects w/ razor effects

-Armor-

-Armors are generally adjusted to correlate with how Arwen typically adjusts similar armors. Armor weight for worn armor is reduced by object effects.
-Old World Blues - drs. klein and mobius glasses added to arwenfocuslist
-Old World Blues stealth suit fix - this is rather complicated - vanilla would basically kill the player with arwen's values. rather than have this occur, I've changed how the suit handles morphine and stimpaks. I have been forced to take liberties. First of all, you need to be playing IN HARDCORE MODE. if you are not the suit will spam stimpaks and your strength will drop to 0.

-Stealth Suit STIMPAKS will be incorporated by the suit and harmful effects will be removed (except for a 20 second reduction of strength by 1). The suit will auto inject stimpaks when you are below 50 percent health - these will heal you 1hp per second for 20 seconds (or 24 if you have the fast metabolism perk). this is 2/3 regular value, which is generous since it DOESN'T KNOCK YOU OUT and doesn't screw you over when you're running and doesn't interrupt your actions, etc... the suit will do this until you are above 50 percent health.

-Stealth Suit MORPHINE - instead of 25 damage resistance it only gives 10, but it gives it over 10 in-game minutes instead of 4. it reduces intelligence by 1 over these 10 minutes (instead of by 3 for 5 like arwen's values). whenever there is no damage resistance effect it injects another round of morphine (unless there's no morphine available). there is also no addictiveness, and no visual effect. these two are to prevent this form being a huge nerf for the player, and it being spread out over 10 minutes is to keep from using all the player's morphine. this kindof makes this suit OP and super-useful with arwen's tweaks since negative effects are greatly reduced and benefits aren't nerfed much... but the alternative is the suit being a death trap or some complicated tradeoff that makes you suddenly blind or fatigued in the middle of combat. May create a more elegant fix later.

-Perks-

-Lonesome Road - Various perks have reduced level requirements (from 50 to 35, 40 to 30, etc., with 35 the highest requirement now)
-Lonesome Road - Roughin' It changed entirely since Arwen's Med-Tec removes well-rested entirely. Now instead of 12 hours of +10 percent xp it gives 6 hours of +5 to damage resistance, poison resistance, and radiation resistance.
-Lonesome Road "Broad Daylight" - arwen's makes a piplight reduce your sneak by 100, the question is does the game reduce it an additional 15 on top of that. The game's perk adds 15 to make up for the vanilla value. I add 115 to make up for both. This will probably blow your computer up. Good luck! (It's a stupid perk anyway :)
-Lonesome Road - Various perks (certified tech, marked, thought you died) are broken - use Mission Mojave Ultimate Edition (load as first esp) to fix these. I'll be creating more compatibility for MMUE at some point later.
-Old World Blues - Hot Blooded now gives 20% increase to damage (note: it formerly said 10% but was actually 15% in vanilla) and retains -2 perception but reduces intelligence by 2 instead of agility (especially since this would nerf the perk with Arwen's increased agility performance).
-Old World Blues - Skilled now jives with Arwen's Tweaks when it comes to rewarding proper Here and Now XP
-Old World Blues - Them's Good Eatin' droprate reduced from 50% to 10%
-Old World Blues "y-3" - added modifications (from Mission Mojave fixes) to environmental water values, including additional water values, so that the implant removes radiation from water. also moved/replaced items within lists depending on how much arwen changed their base rad values (otherwise bad things would occur). any ingestibles that wouldn't fit in the lists according to amount of rads (not 3, 6, 10, or 16) I modded to remove rads individually.
-Old World Blues "y-7" - arwen's cooked foods added to the y-7 list, OWB's pastes and sausages added to the y-7 list, description changed
-Old World Blues "hoarder" - changed so that it uses a percentage of carry capacity rather than base 160 weight (this can be safely overwritten with PN - OWB)
-Resetting perks for the hard-core quest is done after getting your first equipment from Doc
