What it does:
Replaces loading images with a black screen.
Questions:
Q: Will it make my game load quicker than before?
A: After extensive testing, there was no difference.
Q: I sometimes get a white fade during loading, which reveals black squares at the bottom.
A: The game is switching between load screens, and this white fade is part of that.
Locate your fallout.ini and change
fLoadingBkgdUpdateInterval=10.0000
to 180.0000
Installation:
Use your mod manager, or unzip and merge my data folder with your existing one.
