Changelogs
Name : Tactical Flamer NV
Version : V7
Date : 23/08/2013
Category: Weapons
Author(s) : Cheesy_fof [cheesyfof on the Nexus](conversion to NV), EMEUTIER (original F3 mod), Alehazar (pipboy icons and images) and MRRadioactiv (tinkering with the meshes)

Update (23/08/2013):

The reload animations should be working properly now!
(Only in the new main file though! Any of the old files will have the old mesh and therefore no working reload. The mesh AND the .esp had to be tweaked, so the old versions WILL NOT have a working reload animation unless I am persuaded to do so)

As of V6 this mod requires OWB to play.

Description:

This mod adds the Tactical Flamer to the Mojave Wasteland from this mod: ADF-X Tactical Flamer Gen2

Detail:

This mod adds EMUTIER's Tactical Flamer to the Mojave Wasteland

Their stats are the same as the traditional back-worn flamer apart from the fact that it is more manoeuvrable and lighter due to their smaller frame

There are 3 versions: Easy, Hard and one I just called 'Tactical Flamer NV' (I will most likely not update the easy and hard versions from now on... I may update the easy version a little, to make it a little better, but not the hard version.)

The easy version adds the flamers to a crate in Goodsprings (check the screenshot for the exact location)

The hard version adds a bunch (a lot) of fiends to eh Rock Crushing Plant with various weapons. Some will have the flamers. (be careful if you choose this one. You will most likely lag and/or die here.)

The new main file (the one I have cleverly named 'Tactical Flamer NV') is what I have been working on for a while now. It adds the flamers to various level lists and form lists so they work are found on random NPCs and can be bought from various vendors. They are also affected by perks (such as the pyromaniac perk) and have there own pipboy images (all of the meshes and texture are packed in a .bsa, so installing and uninstalling this mod is even easier!)

Check the change-log to see what has been done so far in the new update.

Location:

-The weapons can be found in a box in Goodsprings across the road from Chet's Store and the Prospector Saloon next to the pair of crates (In the easy version)

-The weapons are found somewhere in the Rock Crushing place along with lots of enemies (In the hard version, so do not fast travel there, you've been warned :P)

-In the new main file, the weapons are added to various level lists, so you will have to fight people and/or buy them from vendors

Because the guns and enemies in the hard version are near a 'warzone' in the Warzones mod, you will find it a little bit harder to fend them off as there will be a lot more enemies with more powerful guns firing at you than there would normally be. This is just a heads up so you know that there will be even more than usual :D

Known issues and bugs:

As far as I know there are not any problems with this mod.

If you come across any bugs or problems then leave a comment in the BUGS discussion

Incompatabilities:

This should not be incompatible with anything as long as it does not place anything in the same place as the box in this mod (Easy Versions) or do anything to the Rock Crushing Plant in the Hard Versions

THE FILES FOUND HERE ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH EACH OTHER. YOU ONLY NEED ONE OR THE OTHER, NOT BOTH!
