This mod introduces two new generic armour and helmet types and an unique factionless suit and matching helmet (and backstory) into the core game, based on LR meshes. These are intended for NCR Ranger veterans and are properly coded as NCR disguises.

This mod introduces two new generic armour and helmet types
and an unique factionless suit and matching helmet (and backstory) into
the core game, based on LR meshes. These are intended for
NCR Ranger veterans and are properly coded as NCR disguises.
* NCR Ranger Combat Armor, Reinforced
Armor: xx000add
Helmet: xx000adf
A sturdier, more advanced combat suit for Ranger vets, includes
better armour on the trenchcoat, boots and a Ranger helmet Mk. II
Confers slightly more protection and better bonuses than the regular
Ranger armor. Regular vet armor can also be upgraded to this model.
* NCR Ranger Grizzly Armor
Armor: xx000ade
Helmet: xx000ae0
The heaviest and most powerful suit of armour used by Ranger vets,
the Grizzly armor offers awesome protection and significant bonuses.
Unfortunately, it's also extremely rare: worn only by Oliver's
security detail and presidential bodyguards. Grizzled Ranger Helmet
accompanies this armor and can be commonly found on veteran
Rangers in the wastes.
A heavily damaged set may also be found in the wastes, somewhere, where deathclaws killed a Ranger veteran and bugs later beset his body...
* Ranger Deadman's Armor
Armor: xx000dc9
Helmet: xx0010a8
An old suit of armour that has been extensively repaired and
modified over the years by Rebecca "Deadman" Clark. It still
resembles the original LAPD riot armor and trenchcoat used by
NCR Rangers, but is different enough to not be identified as
NCR gear and get the wearer shot in NCR-hostile areas.
There are also three notes scattered across the gameworld, giving
a glimpse into Rebecca's origins and life. Can you find them
(and Becky's remains)?
Hint: Crocker received a report lately.
To install, simply unzip the contents of the file into your
New Vegas folder. All content is unique, so you shouldn't
get any conflicts.
To uninstall, remove the .esp and the texture and mesh files.
