If you're interested in buying some, just head right inside Freeside's North Gate and buy some from the vendor outside the Old Mormon Fort.
Description-
Adds a vendor who sells GooGoo Bars just outside the Old Mormon Fort.
Contains new texture for GooGoo Bar.
Installation-
Drop the file in your data folder and activate it in FOMM
UPDATE: It seems I uploaded an old esp, so please delete it and download "GooGooBars 2"
