The town of Goodsprings has been entirely rebuilt by two different contractors which provides much greater variety than you might otherwise enjoy. Clinster74 and I join in hoping you will find this a most enjoyable addition to your game.
All destroyed houses have been replaced. All houses have interiors and are occupied. The schoolhouse is now a medical school with a professor and students. Docs house has been completely restored inside and out. Chets General Store is completely new and has nicely stocked shelves. A good place to go for donuts and coffee.
This mod does not effect any of the quests associated with Goodsprings. It should be compatible with most of the major mods made for Goodsprings, such as the ACM Casino.
It does contain the following mods and if you have any of those mods checked in your data files they should be unchecked before activating this mod.
Those mods include:

"Bonds Victors House"
"Bonds Prospector Saloon"

NOTE
This mod has been converted to an ESM file to preserve the face and body textures of the npcs, using FNVEdit.
Some of the AI may not stabalize for 24 hours and Chet is not in his store till he has had a chance to sleep.

The download includes the readme files for each of the mods that are included. For use of assets they contain please refer to the appropriate readme.
My assets generally contain jr in the prefix and are available to be used freely by other modders without notification.
Clinsters assets have been prefixed with CRS and are also available for use as resources by other modders.
In addition the following modders provided assets for this mod.
-Clintmich provided the upright piano.
