A port of Yngve91's Stimpak NPC healer. For the Original description please see;

Tired of watching Easy Pete limp around like a git because he got in a tangle with a little scorpion, months ago. Wish he'd just suck it up or keel over already? Well now you can heal the old coot with a spare stimpak.
This mod adds a refillable stimpak that can be used to heal other actors. It uses the stimpak model with a objecteffect and the knife animation. As the refillable stimpack is used it is damaged and must be repaired via standard stimpacks. It is a weapon and is found in the weapon category of your pip-boy.
Installation; Simply unrar and drop in your data folder (uses vanilla meshe & texture).
Location; It is in use with a altruistic faction known to provide medical aid to wastelanders in need. If that clue isn't specific enough check the end of this description.
Note; Since it uses a objecteffect->Weapon, it has to do a minimum of 1 dam to have a healing effect. With a character of 8 strength you'll do around 7 or 8 dam. This is considered a attack and actors will react accordingly.
Future plans; I would like to implement med-x, psycho, slasher and super stimpaks since these are injectables.
Next, when equipped with a reusable stimpack (or other injectable chem) I would like to implement a script that creates a special dialog choice allowing friendly actors to be healed via dialog without damage. I would also like to implement a stimpakeffect that heals based on the players Medicine skill.
