Adds a lightened Combat Armor with custom model and lots of gear. Both a mod and a resource for others.

The Mod:
This mod adds a new custom Combat armor to Sunny Smiles and to the NCR Correctional Facility Safe. This mod should be treated more as a modders resource. The ESP is just a quick and dirty example for less GECK-savvy people.
Ideally, the armor is acquirable by picking sides in the Goodsprings/Powder Ganger conflict. Or just use console commands. The armor's code is XX000add.
The Armor:
Its stats are comparable to the normal combat armor. However, it has one less DT, has a fair amount more of health, and gives a bonus to agility and action points. It weighs less than normal combat armor. It is not over-powered. It is repairable with things that can repair combat armor. It has both a male and female mesh.
Notes:
-The female version does not have the shoulder pads. A mesh that has them has been included, but I couldn't get the textures to work. Feel free to mess with them.
-The helmet pictured with the male armor is not in this mod. It is from Tumbajamba's Scavanger [sic] mod.
-Please tell me if I forgot to include a texture and they are set in the proper file strucutre. The armor uses so, so many textures.
-This armor does not include the ACU and MARPAT textures that came in Hengebob's original UberGrunt mod. Download them separately. Those textures are, however, completely compatible with this version! Even the combat armor chest and shoulder pieces (for dudes) can be textured in ACU or MARPAT by changing the texture to those via NifSkope.

Questions:
Q: Why doesn't the female mesh have the shoulder pads?
A: Seriously? I just went over that. Anyways, the texture doesn't work. File with the pads is included, feel free to mess with it. Probably need to download the ACA mod to work on it.
Q: Where is that M16 from?
A: It was textured by Arenovalis for FOOK. I ripped it from FOOK for my personal ESP.
Q: I don't like the armor on Sunny Smiles.
A: That's not a question. This is primarily a resource. Make your own ESP. Straight-forward work like adding a set of armor is a great way to learn the basics.
