About this mod

The Original Invisible Wall Remover is back!

If you use OFT (recommended), then use of this mod is now deprecated.
All of the IWR data has been combined into Operation Fixed Terrain v3+.
Using the OFT merged files means you'll have less files in your load order, and less bookmarks to track for updates. Win-Win :)

===============
Name: Invisible Wall Remover
Author: Urbex / tunaisafish
Version: 1.0.2
Date: 7 Jul 2011
Category: Miscellaneous

===============
Description:
===============
Disables the invisible walls around the wasteland that stop access to the outskirts of the map.
Ideally it will serve as a community resource and influence expansion of New Vegas far into the Mojave.

===============
Installation:
===============
Drop both files into your Data folder and enable them in your launcher.
Uninstall is reverse of above.

Note: If you use the Operation Fixed Terrain mod, then the IWR-Rebuilt file is not required.

===============
Details:
===============
Invisible Walls (also known as collision markers) have the sole purpose of providing physical data to the world.
They provide 2 benifits in the game.
1. To keep your player in the play-area. Most of the worldspaces are bordered with IW's.
2. To ease the load on the havok physics engine. More complex multivertex shapes are normally surrounded by the much simpler IW's.

This mod only disables the walls that impede travel to places that you should really be able to access.

===============
Compatibility:
===============
Use BOSS/FOMM to handle load order, or load as early as possible to allow other mods to override specific locations.
Also recommend Operation Fixed Terain. Again, load OFT after IWR.

===============
Bugs/Issues:
===============
Slight caveat. This mod essentially allows you to explore regions of the map that were only intended as decoration. So it's possible that your character may become stuck in terrain (eg. between some rocks). If this happens, use the console and type 'tcl' to disable collisions. Walk out of the problem area then re-enable collisions using the same console command; tcl.

If you use the included 'IWR - Rebuilt.esp' file too, then you should not find many of these places.
If you do then please report the location. Ideally stating the coordinates or the problem.
AWZ's Coordinate Finder mod can help with that if you don't know how.
