I haven't been modding very much... at all. >.> I have made a few things for Skyrim but I haven't modded NV in quite a while barring a single request that I completed and then hasn't been used since...
So yeah, I would like to make a weapon framework at some point, but I would really like to get some help on that if anyone is interested.

Alright, so the framework is done and uploaded. Right now you won't see many changes except in Westside and the Thorn, as well as a couple other places. So what does this mod do exactly?
It adds over 120 new leveled lists that build in a framework that allows me to add, for example, one combat armor variant to one leveled list, and have it automatically get seeded into the rest of the mod, and, into the inventories of NPCs all over the Mojave Wasteland.

Why?
Because the more immersion, the better. I always hated seeing the same outfit over and over again, and with the modules that come out for this framework, it will minimize the repeating outfit problems.

ALSO WHY:
My goal with the original mod I made following the same idea for Fo3 was originally intended to be a framework for others to use. When I started on this version, I streamlined all of the leveled lists to actually allow for the framework to actually be used and easily understood by other modders. The point with that was that I have seen so many amazing clothing mods, but those items are only available to the player character and their companions. If some of those mod authors would prefer to add their items into the rest of the game, that is what this framework is for, without them having to mess with a whole bunch of things in the GECK, and by only editing a single leveled list.
