It seems strange that a courier would only have a 9mm pistol on them with no armor or other type of weapon so i've fixed that with a duffel bag.
In a duffel bag near the doc is some armor, a shotgun, a knife, a couple of grenades and some food.
This should be compatible with any mod that doesn't change the area near the doc's front door.
