Adds this pistol to leveled lists & provides a unique version for sale.

Adds the COP 357 derringer to the 357 Magnum leveled list via script. Mr. Holdout can sell you the unique version "Mother" which fires two barrels at once. Both versions are basic level holdout weapons, and are repaired with 357s or other COPs. An attempt was made to make them reasonably balanced, less accurate but more damaging than comparable pistols.
If you want them without effort enter "coc TestJoshWeapons" into the console and take them off the reloading bench. Type "coc Goodsprings" or wherever you'd like to go to leave the test cell.

Version 1.1: Fixed guns not counting as holdout weapons if player had Sneak greater than 50. If you previously used v1, you will need to disable it, save, and re-enable it so the script can run again.
Version 1.2: Fixed nif pointing to wrong texture directory, should fix texture/crash problems with regular version gun.
