If like me, you prefer DK Bullet Time over V.A.T.S or if you play vanilla and simply don\'t like using V.A.T.S. Then this mod might just be for you. This changes several if not all vanilla perks designed exlusively for V.A.T.S to be useful outside of V.A.T.S including Mysterious Stranger and Miss Fortune!

- v2 Thanks to dree74 for allowing me to use his script; now the Mysterious Stranger and Miss Fortune has a chance of fighting with you outside of VATS!! Oh and Friendly Helper has been changed accordingly
- Both v15 Added changes to Paralyzing Palm and Friendly Help Perk
- Alt v10 Added Concentrated Fire changes

What this mod does is change several if not all vanilla perks designed exlusively for V.A.T.S to be useful outside of V.A.T.S.
This includes the perks Mysterious Stranger AND Miss Fortune!

The Perks (recent changes are marked with ***):
Center of Mass - Attacks to the torso have an increase in damage by 15%. Just as in vanilla except also works outside of V.A.T.S and in bullet time.
Concentrated Fire - Your accuracy while aiming down your sights is increased by 25%.
Commando - Weapon spread is reduced by 25% which should match the vanilla 25% accuracy increase in V.A.T.S. This is how Trigger Discipline (vanilla perk) works as well.
Friendly Helper - This perk will now increase the chance that Mysterious Stranger and Miss Fortune will appear!
Grim Reaper's Sprint - Your attack and run speed is increased by 20%. In vanilla 20 AP is given after each kill. To me this means the same as an increase of V.A.T.S attacks by 20%, assuming a total of 100 AP that is. Ergo the change.
Gunslinger - Weapon spread when using pistols is reduced by 25% which should match the vanilla 25% accuracy increase in V.A.T.S.
Math Wrath - Attack speed and AP regen is increased by 10%.
Miss Fortune - Just as with the vanilla perk, Miss Fortune now has a chance of appearing in battle outside of VATS!

Mysterious Stranger - Now theres a chance that the Mysterious stranger will give a hand in combat just like the vanilla VATS perk.

Paralyzing Palm - With Paralyzing Palm, when unarmed you sometimes hit your opponents when they least expect it, leaving them stunned and knocked over.
Plasma Spaz - Attack speed for plasma spaz weapons up by 10%. Vanilla was less 10% AP cost.
Sniper - Weapon spread is reduced by 25%. Vanilla is pretty much the same except its an increase of 25% accuracy solely to the head.
Sniper (alternate v.) - Attacks to the head have an increase in damage by 15%. I think this is a good alternative to the vanilla as it is not too much and also since it kind of matches the Center of Mass perk.

Oh and I removed the V.A.T.S DESCRIPTION part for the Action Boy and Girl perks.

My suggested load order when using DK Battle Time is..
If you want to replace the changes to the same perks done by DK Bullet Time with these ones then load this after.
For example:
...
DK_BulletTime_NV.esp
VATSPerksNoMoreMain.esp
VATSPerksNoMore.esp
...
Otherwise.
Load it before.
