Adds better smoke effects and better ballistic mechanics.

Hi guys. My next mod is called Better Smoke and Ballistics.
What it does is remove the stupid static, wispy smoke effects from the game and replace them with my thick, realistic smoke textures. It also updates the muzzleflashes to be small enough to be semi-realistic, but large enough to look cool and fun.
Full list of changes:
-New muzzleflashes for 5.56 weapons, AM rifle and shotguns
-Smoke added to all guns
-Retextured smoke
-Smaller, more realistic tracers
-More realistic shotgun stats, larger range, more pellets and less spread
-Faster projectiles
