To install, extract in your Data folder and activate mac10.esp.
This item has been added to leveled lists and you can also get it at Gun Runners. Want it right away? type " player.additem ##000AE0 1 " in your console.
NOTE: The ##s are replaced with the mod's form ID. You need to find this out with FOMM, see the next picture for info.

For me, the form ID for this mod is 09, so I would type player.additem 09000AE0 1 to get one of these babies via the console.
