Re-imaged FO3 Version

Description:
===============

Adds NPC and Creature spawners based off of Diernayr's FO3 Portable NPC Spawner (http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5317).

===============
Details:
===============

As with Diernayr's version, you simply drop it onto the ground, run away, go into sneaking and shoot it. A menu will pop up with several different choices. The sneaking requirement is because of a test I ran. 20 NCR vs 20 Legion. During the fight I had the menu pop up from the NPCs shooting the spawner. Didn't want that.

The spawners can be found at:
- Chet, Goodsprings General Store
- Mick, Mick & Ralphs
- Mojave Outpost Merchant (According to container, not sure of NPC)
- 188 Outpost Junk Dealer (According to container, not sure of NPC)

You can Sneak+Activate the bodies (Dead or Alive) to delete them from the world.

Warning!!!Only applies to NPC Spawner. Creature Spawner is static levels.
Be careful where and when you spawn any of these. All of the spawns are based on the player's level, however there are spawns that do have minimum levels; Some as high as 20. Also, while the spawns may have minimum levels, they can spawn at any player level.

Zombie Apocalypse Warning:
The feral ghoul spawn options numbers have been doubled. That means as few as 2 and as many as 40 ferals can be spawned in one shot (literally). Keep in mind performance issues and any other problems that may arise with spawning large numbers of ghouls.

Note One: As with the FO3 version, spawning large amounts will impact performance.
Note Two: Watch where you shoot this thing. It likes to fly all over after getting shot.

To bypass the vendors you can use the console (~ button) and type:

For NPC Spawner:
player.additem [##]001C3D [Number]

For Creature Spawner:
player.additem [##]000DC3 [Number]

Where [##] is the load order index and [Number] is however many you want

Bugs/Issues:
===============

NPC Spawner Bugs/Issues:
Issue - NPCs do not have dialogue.
- Unsure about fixing this. Personally don't see the point in trying to add the ability if the only purpose of this mod is to add "background" NPCs or for setting up battles.

Creature Spawner Bugs/Issues
No known bigs/issues so far.
