A re-texture of \'Pre-War Money\' featuring authentic, time-frame accurate, appropriately distressed, bills.

I used time-frame accurate textures, so the bills should fit in well with the atmosphere of the game.
I also did my best to distress them so they actually look like they survived a nuclear disaster while still being able to see what they actually are :)
I really hope this mod brings a sliver of immersion to your gaming experience. The 'little things' really matter to some of us :)
Please provide feedback (criticism welcome!) as they were (and still are) my very first texture jobs for any game ever.
