==================================
Description
==================================

Eureka! Clutter items now repair for significantly less than matching weapons.

Based on the appearance of the item, and its function, so for example, no repairing clothing with scrap metal unless the clothing actually looks like it's got a bunch of metal parts.
Expands upon the built in repair system, with more cross-repair, and appropriate misc items, aswell as craft recipes to break down clutter items that used to be vendor trash.

Repair Guidelines
- Weapons with sharp edges/blades can be repaired with Whetstones.
- Long metal weapons like the golf club can be repaired with a Hammer.
- Mechanical equipment and Guns can be repaired with Replacement Parts.
- Wooden weapons can be repaired with Wonderglue, aswell as Baseball Bats for the items with larger amounts of wood.
- Electronic equipment(ex. Powered Armor) and Energy Weapons can be repaired with Replacement Electronics.
- Equipment with large metal surfaces can be repaired with Armor Plating.
- Leather equipment can be repaired with Leather Patches and Leather Belts(in most cases).
- Cloth and other Misc equipment can be repaired with Wonderglue and Detergent.
- Combat Armors are repaired with both Armor Plates and Leather Patches, as there is no good analogue to composites.
- Weapons with similar mechanisms and/or caliber can be cross-repaired(Not yet fully updated).
- Clutter items repair for 4-9% depending on repair skill, repairing with a weapon yields at least twice as much even with very low condition.

Decreases minimum regular repair amounts fairly substantially, to make Weapon Repair/Cleaning Kits more useful/relevant.
Unique items are repaired with their non-unique versions, those without an ordinary version are repaired with whatever seemed appropriate to me.

Because of my implementation i'd have to slog through all the repair lists(100+) individually and note down what is in them.
Once I'm satisfied the repair lists are pretty much complete and correct I'll make a full list of what repairs what.

New misc items used to repair
Replacement Parts are crafted with 3x Scrap Metal.
Replacement Electronics are crafted with 3x Scrap Electronics.
Leather Patch is crafted with either 3x regular hides(Coyote,Dog, Gecko variations), or 1x Tanned Gecko hide variation.
Armor Plate is crafted with 3x Scrap Metal, 1x Metal Cooking Pan, or 1x Motorcycle Gas Tank(Yields two Armor Plates).

Repair Kits
Buffs Weapon Repair Kits significantly, they now repair up to 75% condition based on repair skill and luck.
Formula is as follows: Repair Skill / 3 + Luck + Wrench Mod + 12
Wrench Mod is 20 if the player is carrying atleast one wrench.
Repair Kits can be used 3 times before being consumed.

Adds a recipe to make Weapon Cleaning Kits, restores up to 20% condition based on repair skill and luck.
They can ONLY repair weapons above 50% condition.
Formula is as follows: Repair Skill / 10 + (Luck / 2) + 5

Because of the new formulas both kits scale more fluidly with repair skill, instead of only increasing repair with increments of 25 in the repair skill as in the base game.

A note about Jury Rigging perk:
What Jury Rigging does is allow you to repair things within categories, for example all medium armors can be repaired with each other, all large pistols(10mm Pistol, 357 magnum, 44 magnum) can be repaired with each other etc. The perk will still increase repair convenience together with this addon, but its impact will be smaller.

==================================
Compatability
==================================

Any mods that modify the default repair lists or changes to a different repair list for items will be incompatible.
Should work with any item mods that use the default repair lists for any of the default weapons.
Will not work with any other mod that modifies Repair Kits.
