I hate playing Dead Money. I love reading Kate's adventures through it.

We tend to treat our characters as superhuman when playing the game so it's a nice touch to keep that aspect out of your story. Kate must be really looking forward to a holiday after this adventure, or at least a nap.

I almost never use chems in-game, too afraid of getting addicted. Story-wise, had it not been such a dire situation, Kate would never have touched it, which shows just how desperate she was. lol

Ogramirad - Oh my, you've given it quite some thought! Though those songs are technically too modern for the Fallout-universe, I can see them fitting, yeah. Her mood went from despair to Buffout-fuelled rage to elation as she realized she was going to make it after all.

As Kate lay there near death in her escape, her eyes closed awaiting certain death, she slowly opened them and looked to her left, and as she did, saw the old bottle of Buffout.
And one of her old song favorites from the Holotapes, came creeping into her mind and she started humming it as she reached for the Buffout and took the drug.
